Research on Grinding Force of Ultrasonic Vibration-Assisted Grinding of C/SiC Composite Materials

C/SiC composite material is the best choice for important parts such as hot-end structure of aerospace vehicles. Research and optimization cutting force ultrasonic vibration-assisted grinding are great significance when it comes to revealing machining mechanism composites realizing low-damage efficient machining. In this paper, comparative experimental study common carried out; variation laws ratio with different methods process parameters analyzed, empirical formulas ultrasonic-assisted summarized. The research results show that vibration can soften materials sharpen a certain extent through action high-frequency impact, greatly reduce value force, improve machinability material. Thus, ultrasonic-vibration-assisted processing an effective method achieve high-efficiency composites.
